- We should love and provide pastoral care for all.
- Different people grow at different speeds.
- Not everyone has the same time availability.
- Find and focus on the FAT people, that is: those who are faithful to the challenges you give them, those who have time availability, and those who are willing to learn.
- Even in the parable of the good soil, Christ speaks of those who spiritually produce fruit 10 times, 30 times, and 100 times.
- Remember 2 Tim 2:2 "who will be able to..."
